NEVADA HOUSE RULES

A patron must be at least 21 years old to place a wager.
The minimum wager amount is $1. The maximum wager amount is subject to management discretion, including refusal to accept a wager for any amount.
For all wagering options and contests, stipulations on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app take precedence over these House Rules.
Patrons must ticket accuracy immediately after placing a wager at a retail sportsbook location. A paper ticket may only be voided at Circa | Sports’ discretion.
A valid, original betting ticket must be presented to receive payment. Circa | Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered, or unreadable tickets. In the event of a lost ticket, a reasonable effort will be made to identify and honor the ticket after a Lost Ticket Claim Form is filled out. Circa | Sports may delay payouts on lost tickets for up to 365 days after the event date. Wagers placed with a Club One™ players card may expedite this process.
All winning tickets are valid for 365 days after the date of the event. Vouchers are valid for 120 days from date of issuance. Winning tickets may be mailed in, in accordance with printed instructions on the back of the ticket. Circa | Sports is not responsible for submissions failing to comply with printed instructions. Circa | Sports reserves the right to deduct a reasonable fee associated with any mail processing istrative costs incurred.
Winning tickets are subject to IRS Reporting and Withholding rules. Circa | Sports assumes responsibility for paying the 0.25% federal tax on all wagers.
Wagers placed on an event after the event’s outcome is known will be voided, in accordance with Nevada Gaming Control Board approval.
Circa | Sports makes every effort to avoid egregious mistakes in opening and updating all wagering options available to the public but cannot guarantee that mistakes will never occur. Circa | Sports will seek Nevada Gaming Control Board approval to void any wagers placed where the odds are flagrantly illogical, backwards, and/or monstrously out of line with the prevailing marketplace.
Circa | Sports will retain a record of all relevant odds, results, and related statistics for a period of 365 days from the date of an event. This will serve as protection for both the patron and Circa | Sports in case of obvious human or mechanical error in placing or accepting a wager.
Regarding wagering disputes, Circa | Sports will come to a resolution that is deemed fair to all parties. If a patron is not satisfied by this resolution, the patron may the Nevada Gaming Control Board to review the matter under NRS 463.362. The Nevada Gaming Control Board has sole jurisdiction over all wagering disputes.
Circa | Sports may change the House Rules in the future with the approval of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
House Rules apply to Mobile Wagering s, unless otherwise indicated.
For any wagering options not listed on the Circa | Sports display boards, a patron may request a printed copy of the desired current odds from a ticket writer.
The winner of an event is generally determined on the date of the event’s conclusion, with the cutoff being 3 AM the following day in the time zone where the event took place. After that time, Circa | Sports does not recognize changes to an event’s result, including but not limited to scoring changes, overturned decisions, protests, player and/or team penalties and/or suspensions, etc. For any conflicting and/or ambiguous results, Circa | Sports will recognize the result provided by the respective league’s official governing body (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, UFC, PGA, NCAA, etc.).
Overtime is included in all full game, in-game, and 2^nd half wagers, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
All event segment wagers, including but not limited to quarters, halves, periods, innings, rounds, sets, games (tennis), etc. must be completed in full, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

FOOTBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Games must be played within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must be “Active” for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

BASKETBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

HOCKEY

Games are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
If a game goes to a shootout to decide a winner, one goal will be added to the winning team’s total from regulation, and thus determine the final score of the game, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 5 innings, or 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading, or the application of a mercy rule where one team has a lead that dictates the teams stop playing after fewer innings than they otherwise would. All wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many innings are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winning team is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Suspended games
1. If a game is completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action and carry over to the completion of the suspended game, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
2. If 5 innings are completed and the game is not completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of which inning it is and how many outs recorded there are when the game is suspended, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Games are action regardless of location.
If a regular season baseball/softball game is postponed all wagers are refunded.
1. If a playoff baseball/softball game is postponed, all wagers are action regardless of the date played and/or completed.
Circa | Sports offers “Listed Pitcher” functionality. Patrons may choose to list one or both pitchers for a full game money line or first 5 innings money line, unless otherwise indicated with “Any Pitcher” for a given team or a “No Listed Pitchers” stipulation. The alternative to “Listed Pitcher” for a given team is referred to as “Action.” If a patron lists a pitcher, it means that the specified player must throw the first pitch of the game for the associated team, for money line wagers to have action. At any point in time before a game starts, Circa | Sports will have an option available for which specific pitcher can be listed for either team. If either of these starting pitcher options change, all prior wagers on the total, alternate totals, team totals, run line, and alternate run lines will be refunded. Prior wagers on the money line that are “Action” where the starting pitcher option has changed will receive an adjusted price set by Circa | Sports based on the actual starting pitchers for the game, in a manner reflective of win probabilities and deemed fair to all patrons with impacted wagers.
The first 5 innings are considered official for wagering purposes after the completion of 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading.
For player specific props on individual games, batters must be in the starting lineup and receive at least one plate appearance, and starting pitchers must throw at least one pitch, for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

SOCCER

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 90 minutes plus any additional stoppage time, regardless of length, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Extra time and penalty kick shootouts are included in “Team to Advance” and “Team to Win the Final” wagering options, but are not included in the settlement of final score, second half, associated derivatives, player props, etc., unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

FIGHTS

Fights must take place within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Fights are action regardless of a change in location, title status, scheduled number of rounds, or weight class.
If a fight is declared “No Contest” all wagers will be refunded.
If the scheduled number of rounds for a fight gets reduced such that it becomes impossible for the fight to go over the total rounds completed number, all prior wagers on total rounds completed and fighter to win in a specific round will be refunded.

TENNIS

Matches are considered official for wagering purposes after 1 set is completed and a winner is declared, regardless of either player’s advantage in sets and/or games won. All wagering options that encom a full match, including but not limited to money line, total games played, games won spread, sets won spread, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many sets are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winner is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
For player specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Finalist” etc., players must start Round 1 for action.

AUTO RACING

Competitions are considered official when the respective sanctioning body declares a winner, regardless of the number of laps completed or time elapsed, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Competitions must take place within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Wagers on drivers, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Qualifying Session Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. have action as long as the drivers start the competition, regardless of the car they are driving or the team they are driving for, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
NASCAR wagering options, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. are subject to and impacted by the official post-race inspection. If a driver is disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, that driver will be considered to have finished last in the field, regardless of the number of laps completed by any of the other drivers. If multiple drivers are disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, their relative finishing positions will be maintained at the back of the field.

GOLF

Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
If a tournament is reduced to less than the scheduled number of holes, all wagers placed after the last shot of the last completed day of play will be void.
Matchups are action once all specified golfers have teed off for the tournament or individual round.
The winner of a matchup is the golfer that completes the most holes. If the number of completed holes are equal, the winner of a matchup is the golfer with the lowest score.
Individual round matchups are for 18 holes only and do not include playoff holes, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
For Top 5/10/20, etc. finishing position props, in the case of a tie, “Yes” will be considered the winner. For example, if 5 golfers tie for the 8^th best score in a tournament, all 5 golfers will be considered to have finished in the Top 10.
For golfer specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Matchups”, “Top 5/10/20 Finishing Position”, “Make/Miss the Cut” props etc., golfers must start Round 1 for action.

OLYMPICS

Medal winners will be determined by the official IOC Podium results upon a competition’s completion, and are considered official regardless of subsequent protests, reversals, or overturned decisions.
Events are action regardless of a change in date or location as long as the event is completed prior to the Closing Ceremonies.
Events with a predetermined length of regulation time are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

E-SPORTS

Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Matches are action regardless of location of the participants.
Matches are action regardless of any technical malfunctions so long as a winner is declared by the associated governing body. If a technical malfunction results in no winner being declared, all wagers will be refunded.

OTHER SPORTS

Competitions not referenced above that involve a predetermined regulation time are considered official with 5 minutes remaining in regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Competitions not referenced above must be played within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Competitions not referenced above are action regardless of location.
Display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app will state the official rules if not covered by any of the preceding House Rules.

FUTURES

Wagers on teams are action regardless of any name change to the team or relocation of competition venues.
Wagers on teams are action as long as the league’s governing body declares a winner for the respective event, regardless of when that occurs.
If an event has multiple winners or there is a tie for a winning outcome and Circa | Sports has not established a tiebreaker to determine a singular winner, the profit will be divided by the number of winning selections to determine the payout. Reduced decimal odds are necessary for calculation of parlay payouts (see Example below).

Example 1:

$500 wager placed on selection A at +240 to profit $1,200 ($1,700 payout).

Selections A, B, and C are all winning selections, so there exists a three-way tie.

Profit on selection A = $1,200/3 = $400 ($900 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘+’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (|money line|/100)

+240 money line odds convert to 1 + (240/100) = 3.4 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 3.4 – 1 = 2.4

Profit on Selection A = 2.4/3 = 0.8

Reduced decimal odds = 1 + 0.8 = 1.8

Example 2:

$2,000 wager placed on selection X at -450 to profit $444.45 ($2,444.45 payout).

Selections V, W, X, Y, and Z are all winning selections, so there exists a five-way tie.

Profit on Selection X = $444.45/5 = $88.90 ($2,088.90 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘-’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (100/|money line|)

-450 money line odds convert to 1 + (100/450) = 1.2222 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 1.2222 – 1 = 0.2222

Profit on Selection X = 0.2222/5 = 0.04444

Reduced decimal odds = 1 + 0.04444 = 1.04444

IN-GAME WAGERING

All events must be played to their originally scheduled completion for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

Parlay payouts are calculated using true odds, also known as decimal odds.

Steps to calculate any parlay payout:

a. Convert money line odds to decimal odds for each leg

For selections with a ‘+’ price, 1 + (|money line|/100)

For selections with a ‘-‘ price, 1 + (100/|money line|)

b. Multiply the numbers

c. Subtract 1 to get profit per unit wagered

Example: $200 four leg parlay with odds of -350, -110, +120, +245

a. + (100/350) = 1.2857

1 + (100/110) = 1.90909

1+ (120/100) = 2.2

1 + (245/100) = 3.45

b. 1.2857*1.90909*2.2*3.45 = 18.63

c. 18.63 – 1 = 17.63 = profit per unit wagered

Thus, a $200 wager would profit $3,526 ($3,726 payout)

The maximum win ratio is 2,000 to 1.
If a parlay leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a parlay involving three or more legs, the parlay is reduced by one leg, with a corresponding true odds payout.
If a parlay leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a parlay involving two legs, the parlay reduces to a straight wager, with a corresponding price.
If a teaser leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a teaser involving three or more legs, the teaser is reduced by one leg, with a corresponding teaser table payout.
If a teaser leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a teaser involving two legs, the teaser is refunded.
Parlay cards and teaser cards have unique rules that are printed on each card, independent of the House Rules.
Cross-sport teaser odds will revert to the lowest odds of the involved individual sport tables.

RACEBOOK

Races must be run on the originally scheduled date and track for action.
Official track results will be used for all horse racing wagering options. Any disqualifications, penalties, overturned decisions, etc. after the day of the race will not be recognized.
Any wager accepted after the official “Cut Off Time” will be voided.
Track entries and field horses are classified as one selection, unless otherwise specified.
If a horse is scratched from a race, all wagers involving the scratched horse will be refunded, unless the scratched horse is part of a coupled entry or field wager, where at least one of the remaining horses in that group starts the race.
If an exacta or trifecta wager is accepted on a race where exacta or trifecta wagering is not available at the track, it will be refunded.
Payouts will be based on track mutuels, subject to the following limits:
1. Win/Place/Show Full track odds
2. Exacta 299/1
3. Trifecta 299/1
4. All other exotic wagers 999/1
Circa | Sports recognizes pari-mutuel consolation payoffs, up to full house limits.
Payouts over $50,000 may be delayed for 24 hours after the next banking day as they are subject to verification.
All pari-mutuel tickets are valid for 365 days after the date of the event.

MOBILE WAGERING

Circa | Sports shall provide each patron, upon reasonable request, with a statement of showing each Mobile Wagering deposit, withdrawal, credit, and debit made during the time period reported by the statement. The patron may dispute any transaction in accordance with Regulation 7A.
For all wagers, Circa | Sports shall make a print, electronic, or other approved record of the entire transaction and shall not accept any wager if the recording system is inoperable. Circa | Sports’ record of a patron’s confirmation of wagers shall be deemed to be the transaction of record. Such records are made available to the Nevada Gaming Control Board upon request.
Circa | Sports reserves the right to:
1. Refuse to establish a Mobile Wagering .
2. Refuse deposits to Mobile Wagering s.
3. Refuse to accept all or part of any wager.
4. Declare that wagers will no longer be received.
5. Suspend or close any wagering at any time pursuant to the Circa | Sports Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service. If a Mobile Wagering is closed, Circa | Sports shall immediately return the balance of the wagering at the time of said action, subject to compliance with regulations, Circa | Sports House Rules, and federal and state laws, by sending a check to the patron’s address of record or as otherwise provided pursuant to the Circa | Sports Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service.
Except as otherwise expressly provided, Circa | Sports shall keep confidential the following:
1. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in a patron’s Mobile Wagering .
2. The amount of money wagered by a patron on any game or gaming device.
3. The number and secure personal identification method that identifies the patron.
4. The identities of particular entries on which a patron is wagering or has wagered.
5. The name, address, and other information in the possession of Circa | Sports that would identify the patron to anyone other than the Nevada Gaming Control Board or Circa | Sports.
Circa | Sports, with regards to the information identified in House Rule #97,

Shall share the information with:

a. The Nevada Gaming Control Board.

b. Financial institutions participating in a program established in accordance with Section 314(b) of the USA Patriot Act.

c. As required by state or federal law.

May share the information with:

a. Any licensed .

b. A person who has been issued a non-restricted license for an establishment where Circa | Sports operates a race book or sports pool.

c. As authorized by the patron.

99. Circa | Sports shall accept cash, chips, vouchers, and winning tickets as forms of payment. Chips will only be accepted at one of its casino-owned property sportsbooks.

Colorado

COLORADO HOUSE RULES

Management reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager. Patron must be 21 or older to place a wager with the Sportsbook.
All wagers must be a minimum of $1.
Management may change the minimum/maximum wager at any time.
Wagers may be accepted at other than currently posted .
Payoffs are calculated based on the price a ticket was sold at. For example, a wager of $120 on an event with a price of -120 would pay $100. A $100 wager on an event with a price of +150 would pay $150.
Point spread and total bets default to -110 unless otherwise stated.
Changes in odds or prices will be directly reflected within the betting menu on the mobile app.
For wagering options, stipulations on the Circa Sports Colorado mobile app will always take precedence over House Rules.
Tickets go as written. Any voids or changes will be approved at Management’s discretion.
All winning tickets are valid for 365 days after the date of the event. Management will retain a record of all relevant results, odds, lines, line changes, and related statistics for a period of 365 days. This will serve as protection for both the patron and Sportsbook in case of obvious human or mechanical error in which Circa Sports Colorado may in its sole discretion, cancel any accepted wager for obvious error or in the case of a change in circumstance that makes grading the wager an impossibility. Obvious error can be defined as a clear mistake in the odds. Such mistakes could include the transposing of two prices on the money line or spread for a favorite and an underdog in a particular game or entering a typo in which Circa Sports Colorado inputs the wrong price from what it was supposed to be, or as a result of some palpable technological or software error. Circa Sports Colorado will report any cancellations of wager(s) to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission via our Daily Exception Report.
1. 1. Circa Sports Colorado makes every effort to avoid egregious mistakes in opening and updating all wagering options available to the public but cannot guarantee that mistakes will never occur. Circa Sports Colorado will seek the Colorado Division of Gaming approval, if required, to void any wagers placed where the odds are flagrantly illogical, backwards, and/or monstrously out of line with the prevailing marketplace.
Winnings are subject to IRS Reporting and Withholding rules, if applicable. Circa Sports Colorado assumes responsibility for paying the 0.25% federal tax on all wagers.
All event results will be verified by at least 2 independent sources with one of those being the Don Best Line Service and the other being the Official league website, when applicable.
In the event of a dispute, Circa Sports Colorado Management will come to a resolution that is deemed fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied by this resolution, the patron who accepts and settles a wager is responsible for and may the Colorado Division of Gaming to review the matter.
1. 1. Circa Sports Colorado will attempt to resolve all patron disputes with the patron. Circa Sports will investigate each patron complaint and provide a response to the patron within ten (10) business days.
  2. Pursuant to the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission’s Rules, if a licensee refuses payment of alleged winnings to a patron, the licensee and the patron are unable to resolve the dispute, and the dispute involves at least $1250, the licensee to whom the wager was made must immediately notify the Colorado Division of Gaming. The Director of the Colorado Division of Gaming will conduct whatever investigation is necessary and must determine whether or not payment should be made. An agent of the Colorado Division of Gaming may investigate the dispute and may report either to the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission or to the Director of the Colorado Division of Gaming for a decision.
  3. For complaints related to patron s, settlements of wagers (involving at least $1250) and illegal activity that cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the patron, a copy of the complaint and Circa Sports Colorado’s response including all relevant documentation, shall be provided to the Colorado Division of Gaming, as applicable.
  4. The Director of the Colorado Division of Gaming must notify the licensee and the patron in writing of the Director's decision regarding the dispute, within ten (10) business days after the completion of the investigation.
  5. Failure to immediately notify the Colorado Division of Gaming of a dispute, or to notify a patron of the patron's rights, or failure to pay after an adverse decision, is a violation by the licensee charged with providing notice who accepted, and is charged with settling, the wager.
The Colorado Division of Gaming has sole jurisdiction over all disputes regarding any and all wagers.
Circa Sports Colorado Management reserves the right to add, delete, or change the House Rules and/or payoff odds with the approval of the Colorado Division of Gaming.
House Rules only apply to a patron’s Circa Sports Colorado’s mobile wagering , unless otherwise stipulated.
The winner of an event is determined on the date of event’s conclusion, with cutoff being 3 AM the following day in the time zone where the event took place. After that time, Circa Sports Colorado does not recognize changes to an event’s result, including but not limited to scoring changes, overturned decisions, protests, player and/or team penalties and/or suspensions, etc. For any conflicting and/or ambiguous result, Circa Sports Colorado will recognize the result provided by the respective league’s official governing body (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, UFC, PGA, NCAA, etc.).
Overtime is included in all full game, in-game, and 2^nd half wagers, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
When wagering on the total amount of points scored in a game (except soccer): Full game, second half, and overtime wagers include all overtime periods unless otherwise stipulated in House Rules or the mobile app.
All event segment wagers, including but not limited to quarters, halves, periods, innings, rounds, sets, games (tennis), etc. must be completed in full, unless otherwise stipulated in the mobile app.
For any event that is deemed “NO ACTION”, all wagers will be refunded to the patron and returned to the individual’s balance within the Circa Sports Colorado mobile app.
Circa Sports Colorado shall cancel any wager made by a prohibited sports betting participant immediately upon becoming aware of such wager(s) and that the patron falls under the “Prohibited sports betting participant” list.
Circa Sports Colorado abides by the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission’s Rules and therefore it will not accept any wagers on prohibited events (such as sports betting on any high school sports event, or a video game that is not sanctioned by a sports governing body or equivalent as an electronic competition, or any proposition bets on collegiate sports events); nor accept wagers by any "Prohibited sports betting participant" (which is defined as any individual whose participation may undermine the integrity of the betting or the sports event, or any person who is prohibited for other good cause, including, but not limited to: any individual placing a wager as an agent or proxy; any person who is an athlete, coach, referee, player, in, or on, any sports event overseen by that person's sports governing body based on publicly available information; a person who holds a position of authority or influence sufficient to exert influence over the participants in a sporting contest, including, but not limited to, coaches, managers, handlers, or athletic trainers; a person with access to certain types of exclusive information on any sports event overseen by that person's sports governing body based on publicly available information, or a person identified by any lists provided by the sports governing body to the Colorado Division of Gaming) (“Prohibited Sports Betting Participant”).Should Circa Sports Colorado learn of any such wager being made by a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant, Circa Sports Colorado will investigate the matter and report such activity to the Colorado Division of Gaming, and where appropriate, to the sports governing body. Moreover, any such wager made by a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant will be deemed void and the Colorado Division of Gaming will be notified for further instruction as to disposition of funds.
Circa Sports Colorado will enforce the barring of a patron who is a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant immediately upon notice should the patron be added to the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant list after already having a Circa Sports Colorado or if the patron is not detected upon registration as a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant. Circa Sports Colorado will bar such patron by providing the patron notification that contains their prohibited status and results of any investigation conducted by Circa Sports Colorado. Circa Sports Colorado will ensure that immediately upon barring the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant, no new wagers or deposits will be accepted from the patron, until such time as the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant patron is no longer on the prohibited list and the barring has been lifted. Circa Sports Colorado will ensure that a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant patron is not prevented from withdrawing any or all of their balance, and that the reason(s) for barring would not prohibit a Circa Sports Colorado Mobile Wagering withdrawal.
If Circa Sports Colorado accepts a bet on an event for which the outcome has already been determined, then Circa Sports Colorado reserves the right to deem that bet void.

If a game goes to a shootout to decide a winner, one goal will be added to the winning team’s total from regulation, and thus determine the final score of the game, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 5 innings, or 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading, or the application of a mercy rule where one team has a lead that dictates the teams stop playing after fewer innings than they otherwise would. All wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many innings are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winning team is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Suspended games
1. If a game is completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action and carry over to the completion of the suspended game, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
2. If 5 innings are completed and the game is not completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of which inning it is and how many outs recorded there are when the game is suspended, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Games are action regardless of location.
If a regular season baseball/softball game is postponed all wagers are refunded.
1. If a playoff baseball/softball game is postponed, all wagers are action regardless of the date played and/or completed.
Circa Sports Colorado offers “Listed Pitcher” functionality. Patrons may choose to list one or both pitchers for a full game money line or first 5 innings money line, unless otherwise indicated with “Any Pitcher” for a given team or a “No Listed Pitchers” stipulation. The alternative to “Listed Pitcher” for a given team is referred to as “Action.” If a patron lists a pitcher, it means that the specified player must throw the first pitch of the game for the associated team, for money line wagers to have action. At any point in time before a game starts, Circa Sports Colorado will have an option available for which specific pitcher can be listed for either team. If either of these starting pitcher options change, all prior wagers on the total, alternate totals, team totals, run line, and alternate run lines will be refunded. Prior wagers on the money line that are “Action” where the starting pitcher option has changed will receive an adjusted price set by Circa Sports Colorado based on the actual starting pitchers for the game, in a manner reflective of win probabilities and deemed fair to all patrons with impacted wagers.
The first 5 innings are considered official for wagering purposes after the completion of 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading.
For player specific props on individual games, batters must be in the starting lineup and receive at least one plate appearance, and starting pitchers must throw at least one pitch, for action, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.

SOCCER

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 90 minutes plus any additional stoppage time, regardless of length, unless otherwise stipulated on mobile app.
Extra time and penalty kick shootouts are included in “Team to Advance” and “Team to Win the Final” wagering options, but are not included in the settlement of final score, second half, associated derivatives, player props, etc., unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.

FIGHTS

Fights must take place within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Fights are action regardless of a change in location, title status, scheduled number of rounds, or weight class.
If a fight is declared “No Contest” all wagers will be refunded.
If the scheduled number of rounds for a fight gets reduced such that it becomes impossible for the fight to go over the total rounds completed number, all prior wagers on total rounds completed and fighter to win in a specific round will be refunded.

TENNIS

Matches are considered official for wagering purposes after 1 set is completed and a winner is declared, regardless of either player’s advantage in sets and/or games won. All wagering options that encom a full match, including but not limited to money line, total games played, games won spread, sets won spread, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many sets are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winner is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
For player specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Finalist” etc., players must start Round 1 for action.

AUTO RACING

Competitions are considered official when the respective sanctioning body declares a winner, regardless of the number of laps completed or time elapsed, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Competitions must take place within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Wagers on drivers, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Qualifying Session Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. have action as long as the drivers start the competition, regardless of the car they are driving or the team they are driving for, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
NASCAR wagering options, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. are subject to and impacted by the official post-race inspection. If a driver is disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, that driver will be considered to have finished last in the field, regardless of the number of laps completed by any of the other drivers. If multiple drivers are disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, their relative finishing positions will be maintained at the back of the field.

GOLF

Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
If a tournament is reduced to less than the scheduled number of holes, all wagers placed after the last shot of the last completed day of play will be void.
Matchups are action once all specified golfers have teed off for the tournament or individual round.
The winner of a matchup is the golfer that completes the most holes. If the number of completed holes are equal, the winner of a matchup is the golfer with the lowest score.
Individual round matchups are for 18 holes only and do not include playoff holes, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
For Top 5/10/20, etc. finishing position props, in the case of a tie, “Yes” will be considered the winner. For example, if 5 golfers tie for the 8^th best score in a tournament, all 5 golfers will be considered to have finished in the Top 10.
For golfer specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Matchups”, “Top 5/10/20 Finishing Position”, “Make/Miss the Cut” props etc., golfers must start Round 1 for action.

OLYMPICS

Medal winners will be determined by the official IOC Podium results upon a competition’s completion, and are considered official regardless of subsequent protests, reversals, or overturned decisions.
Events are action regardless of a change in date or location as long as the event is completed prior to the Closing Ceremonies.
Events with a predetermined length of regulation time are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.

E-SPORTS

Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Matches are action regardless of location of the participants.
Matches are action regardless of any technical malfunctions so long as a winner is declared by the associated governing body. If a technical malfunction results in no winner being declared, all wagers will be refunded.

OTHER SPORTS

Competitions not referenced above that involve a predetermined regulation time are considered official with 5 minutes remaining in regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Competitions not referenced above must be played within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Competitions not referenced above are action regardless of location.
The Circa Sports Colorado mobile app will state the official rules if not covered by any of the preceding House Rules.

FUTURES

Wagers on teams are action regardless of any name change to the team or relocation of competition venues.
Wagers on teams are action as long as the league’s governing body declares a winner for the respective event, regardless of when that occurs.
If an event has multiple winners or there is a tie for a winning outcome and Circa Sports Colorado has not established a tiebreaker to determine a singular winner, the profit will be divided by the number of winning selections to determine the payout. Reduced decimal odds are necessary for calculation of parlay payouts (see Example 1 below).

Example 1:

$500 wager placed on selection A at +240 to profit $1,200 ($1,700 payout).

Selections A, B, and C are all winning selections, so there exists a three-way tie.

Profit on selection A = $1,200/3 = $400 ($900 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘+’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (|money line|/100)

+240 money line odds convert to 1 + (240/100) = 3.4 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 3.4 – 1 = 2.4

Profit on Selection A = 2.4/3 = 0.8

Reduced decimal odds = 1 + 0.8 = 1.8

Example 2:

$2,000 wager placed on selection X at -450 to profit $444.45 ($2,444.45 payout).

Selections V, W, X, Y, and Z are all winning selections, so there exists a five-way tie.

Profit on Selection X = $444.45/5 = $88.90 ($2,088.90 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

MOBILE WAGERING

Circa Sports Colorado shall provide each patron, upon reasonable request, with a statement of showing each Mobile Wagering deposit, withdrawal, credit, and debit made during the time period reported by the statement. The patron may dispute any transaction to the Colorado Division of Gaming.
For all wagers, Circa Sports Colorado shall make a voice, print, electronic, or other approved record of the entire transaction and shall not accept any wager if the recording system is inoperable. Circa Sports Colorado’s record of a patron’s confirmation of wagers shall be deemed to be the transaction of record. Such records are made available to the Colorado Division of Gaming upon request.
Circa Sports Colorado reserves the right to:
1. 1. Refuse to establish a patron’s Circa Sports Colorado mobile wagering .
  2. Refuse deposits to patron’s Circa Sports Colorado mobile wagering .
  3. Refuse to accept all or part of any wager.
  4. Declare that wagers will no longer be received.
  5. Suspend or close any wagering at any time pursuant to the Circa Sports Colorado Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service. If a patron’s mobile wagering is closed, Circa Sports Colorado shall immediately return the balance of the patron’s mobile wagering at the time of said action, subject to compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission’s Rules, Circa Sports Colorado’s House Rules, and federal and state laws, by sending a check to the patron’s address of record or as otherwise provided pursuant to the Circa Sports Colorado Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service.
Except as otherwise expressly provided, Circa Sports Colorado shall keep confidential the following:
1. 1. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any particular patron’s Circa Sports Colorado’s mobile wagering .
  2. The amount of money wagered by a particular patron on any game.
  3. The number and secure personal identification method that identifies the patron.
  4. The identities of particular entries on which a patron is wagering or has wagered.
  5. The name, address, and other information in the possession of Circa Sports Colorado that would identify the patron to anyone other than the Colorado Division of Gaming or Circa Sports Colorado.
Patrons will be able to access information pertaining to any promotions or bonuses available to them by logging into the Circa Sports Colorado mobile app with their number and .
Circa Sports Colorado’s sportsbook sports wagering system maintains a list of each person assigned to a wagering and the date in which the person was added or removed. This sports wagering system does not currently allow for multiple s at this time. Circa Sports Colorado will not allow multiple credentials for the same patron mobile wagering .
Circa Sports Colorado pursuant to its Mobile Application Closure procedures will terminate all s of any sports betting patron that knowingly and intentionally establishes or seeks to establish multiple active s, in contravention of this House Rule, whether directly or by use of another person as a proxy.
Circa Sports Colorado will periodically re- a patron’s identification to make sure it’s valid and unexpired upon reasonable suspicion if Circa Sports Colorado believes that the patron’s identification has been compromised. Circa Sports Colorado will put on file any new identification credentials for a patron whose identification has been compromised.
Any patron with a Circa Sports Colorado mobile wagering will be allowed to withdraw the funds maintained in his or her regardless of whether such is currently open or closed. Circa Sports Colorado will honor all such patron requests to withdraw funds and make sure these requests are completed within five (5) business days unless the conditions set forth in Rule 7.11(11)(c) of the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission are met. Circa Sports Colorado reserves the right to decline a patron’s request to withdraw fund only if Circa Sports Colorado believes in good faith that the patron engaged in either fraudulent conduct or other conduct that would put Circa Sports Colorado in violation of the law. If Circa Sports Colorado declines a patron’s withdrawal request Circa Sports Colorado must provide notice to the patron about the declination and the subsequent investigation of the patron’s . Circa Sports Colorado will conduct its investigation in a reasonable and expedient fashion. Circa Sports Colorado will provide the patron additional written notice of the status of the investigation every tenth business day starting from the day the original notice was provided to the patron. With respect to a patron withdrawal from the Circa Sports Colorado mobile app a request for withdrawal will be considered met and honored if it is processed by Circa Sports Colorado notwithstanding a delay by a payment processor, credit card issuer, or the custodian of a financial .
Circa Sports Colorado will consider a patron’s to be dormant if the patron has not logged into the for at least three (3) years. Circa Sports Colorado will close any such immediately pursuant to its Mobile Application Closure procedures.
Unclaimed funds of patrons that remain in a dormant patron shall be presumed abandoned after three (3) years. Circa Sports Colorado will report and deliver all funds of patrons that are presumed abandoned to the office of the Colorado Department of the Treasury. At least sixty (60) days prior to reporting any funds of the patron to the Colorado Department of the Treasury, Circa Sports Colorado will provide notice to the patron’s last known physical or email address that Circa Sports Colorado has on file stating the presumed closure and return of funds if the patron does not to their before the three (3) year period elapses.
Funding of an of the Circa Sports Colorado mobile app may be accomplished through credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer or wire, cash via PayNearMe® or through Sightline Payments which currently offers debit/credit card, ACH and PayPal®.

IOWA HOUSE RULES

Management reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager. Patron must be 21 or older to place a wager with the Sportsbook.
All wagers must be a minimum of $1.
Management may change the minimum/maximum wager at any time.
Wagers may be accepted at other than currently posted .
Payoffs are calculated based on the price a ticket was sold at. For example, a wager of $120 on an event with a price of -120 would pay $100. A $100 wager on an event with a price of +150 would pay $150.
Point spread and total bets default to -110 unless otherwise stated.
Changes in odds or prices will be directly reflected within the betting menu on the mobile application.
For wagering purposes, stipulations on the Circa Sports Iowa mobile app will always take precedence over House Rules.
Tickets go as written. Any voids or changes will be approved at Management’s discretion.
All winning tickets are valid for 365 days after the date of the event. Management will retain a record of all relevant results, odds, lines, line changes, and related statistics for a period of 365 days. This will serve as protection for both the patron and Sportsbook in case of obvious human or mechanical error in which Circa Sports Iowa may in its sole discretion, cancel any accepted wager for obvious error or in the case of a change in circumstance that makes grading the wager an impossibility. Obvious error can be defined as a clear mistake in the odds. Such mistakes could include the transposing of two prices on the money line or spread for a favorite and an underdog in a particular game or entering a typo in which Circa Sports Iowa inputs the wrong price from what it was supposed to be, or as a result of some palpable technological or software error. Circa Sports Iowa will report any cancellations of wager(s) to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission via our Daily Exception Report.

Circa Sports Iowa will void any wagers placed where the odds are flagrantly illogical, backwards, and/or monstrously out of line with the prevailing marketplace.
Winnings are subject to IRS Reporting and Withholding rules, if applicable. Circa Sports Iowa assumes responsibility for paying the 0.25% federal tax on all wagers.
All event results will be verified by at least 2 independent sources with one of those being the Don Best Line Service and the other being the Official league website, when applicable.
In the event of a dispute, Circa Sports Iowa management will come to a resolution that is deemed fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied by this resolution, the patron may the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission to review the matter.
Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission has sole jurisdiction over all disputes regarding any and all wagers.
Circa Sports Iowa management reserves the right to add, delete, or change the House Rules and/or payoff odds with the approval of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.
House Rules only apply to a patron’s Circa Sports Iowa mobile wagering , unless otherwise stipulated.
The winner of an event is generally determined on the date of the event’s conclusion, with the cutoff being 3 AM the following day in the time zone where the event took place. After that time, Circa Sports Iowa does not recognize changes to an event’s result, including but not limited to scoring changes, overturned decisions, protests, player and/or team penalties and/or suspensions, etc. For any conflicting and/or ambiguous results, Circa Sports Iowa will recognize the result provided by the respective league’s official governing body (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, UFC, PGA, NCAA, etc.).
Overtime is included in all full game, in-game, and 2^nd half wagers, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
When wagering on the total amount of points scored in a game (except soccer): Full game, second half, and overtime wagers include all overtime periods unless otherwise stipulated in House Rules or the mobile app.
All event segment wagers, including but not limited to quarters, halves, periods, innings, rounds, sets, games (tennis), etc. must be completed in full, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
For any event that is deemed “NO ACTION”, all wagers will be refunded to the patron and returned to the individual’s balance within the Circa Sports Iowa mobile app.
“Sports wagering” does not include placing a wager on the performance or nonperformance of any individual athlete participating in a single game or match of a collegiate sporting event in which a collegiate team from this state is a participant. As such, Circa Sports Iowa will not offer individual in-game player props like “X Quarterback will run for a Touchdown?”.
Circa Sports Iowa shall cancel any wager made by a prohibited sports betting participant immediately upon becoming aware of such wager(s) and that the patron falls under the “Prohibited Sports Betting Participant” list.
Circa Sports Iowa abides by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission’s Rules and therefore it will not accept any wagers on prohibited events; nor accept wagers by any "Prohibited Sports Betting Participant" (which is defined as coaches, athletic trainers, officials, players, or other individuals who participate in an authorized sporting event that is the subject of sports wagering regulated by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission). Should Circa Sports Iowa learn of any such wager being made by a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant, Circa Sports Iowa will investigate the matter and report such activity to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, and where appropriate, to the sports governing body.Moreover, any such wager made by a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant will be deemed void and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission will be notified for further instruction as to disposition of funds.
Circa Sports Iowa will enforce the barring of a patron who is a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant immediately upon notice should the patron be added to the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant list after already having a Circa Sports Iowa wagering or if the patron is not detected upon registration as a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant. Circa Sports Iowa will bar such patron by providing the patron notification that contains their prohibited status and results of any investigation conducted by Circa Sports Iowa. Circa Sports Iowa will ensure that immediately upon barring the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant, no new wagers or deposits will be accepted from the patron, until such time as the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant patron is no longer on the prohibited list and the barring has been lifted. Circa Sports Iowa will ensure that a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant patron is not prevented from withdrawing any or all of their balance, and that the reason(s) for barring would not prohibit a Circa Sports Iowa mobile sports wagering app withdrawal.
If Circa Sports Iowa accepts a bet on an event for which the outcome has already been determined, then Circa Sports Iowa reserves the right to deem that bet void.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 5 innings, or 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading, or the application of a mercy rule where one team has a lead that dictates the teams stop playing after fewer innings than they otherwise would. All wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many innings are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winning team is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Suspended games
1. If a game is completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action and carry over to the completion of the suspended game, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
2. If 5 innings are completed and the game is not completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of which inning it is and how many outs recorded there are when the game is suspended, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Games are action regardless of location.
If a regular season baseball/softball game is postponed all wagers are refunded.
1. If a playoff baseball/softball game is postponed, all wagers are action regardless of the date played and/or completed.
Circa Sports Iowa offers “Listed Pitcher” functionality. Patrons may choose to list one or both pitchers for a full game money line or first 5 innings money line, unless otherwise indicated with “Any Pitcher” for a given team or a “No Listed Pitchers” stipulation. The alternative to “Listed Pitcher” for a given team is referred to as “Action.” If a patron lists a pitcher, it means that the specified player must throw the first pitch of the game for the associated team, for money line wagers to have action. At any point in time before a game starts, Circa Sports Iowa will have an option available for which specific pitcher can be listed for either team. If either of these starting pitcher options change, all prior wagers on the total, alternate totals, team totals, run line, and alternate run lines will be refunded. Prior wagers on the money line that are “Action” where the starting pitcher option has changed will receive an adjusted price set by Circa Sports Iowa based on the actual starting pitchers for the game, in a manner reflective of win probabilities and deemed fair to all patrons with impacted wagers.
The first 5 innings are considered official for wagering purposes after the completion of 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading.
For player specific props on individual games, batters must be in the starting lineup and receive at least one plate appearance, and starting pitchers must throw at least one pitch, for action, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.

SOCCER

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 90 minutes plus any additional stoppage time, regardless of length, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Extra time and penalty kick shootouts are included in “Team to Advance” and “Team to Win the Final” wagering options, but are not included in the settlement of final score, second half, associated derivatives, player props, etc., unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.

FIGHTS

Fights must take place within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Fights are action regardless of a change in location, title status, scheduled number of rounds, or weight class.
If a fight is declared “No Contest” all wagers will be refunded.
If the scheduled number of rounds for a fight gets reduced such that it becomes impossible for the fight to go over the total rounds completed number, all prior wagers on total rounds completed and fighter to win in a specific round will be refunded.

TENNIS

Matches are considered official for wagering purposes after 1 set is completed and a winner is declared, regardless of either player’s advantage in sets and/or games won. All wagering options that encom a full match, including but not limited to money line, total games played, games won spread, sets won spread, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many sets are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winner is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
For player specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Finalist” etc., players must start Round 1 for action.

AUTO RACING

Competitions are considered official when the respective sanctioning body declares a winner, regardless of the number of laps completed or time elapsed, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Competitions must take place within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Wagers on drivers, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Qualifying Session Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. have action as long as the drivers start the competition, regardless of the car they are driving or the team they are driving for, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
NASCAR wagering options, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. are subject to and impacted by the official post-race inspection. If a driver is disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, that driver will be considered to have finished last in the field, regardless of the number of laps completed by any of the other drivers. If multiple drivers are disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, their relative finishing positions will be maintained at the back of the field.

GOLF

Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
If a tournament is reduced to less than the scheduled number of holes, all wagers placed after the last shot of the last completed day of play will be void.
Matchups are action once all specified golfers have teed off for the tournament or individual round.
The winner of a matchup is the golfer that completes the most holes. If the number of completed holes are equal, the winner of a matchup is the golfer with the lowest score.
Individual round matchups are for 18 holes only and do not include playoff holes, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the website/mobile app.
For Top 5/10/20, etc. finishing position props, in the case of a tie, “Yes” will be considered the winner. For example, if 5 golfers tie for the 8^th best score in a tournament, all 5 golfers will be considered to have finished in the Top 10.
For golfer specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Matchups”, “Top 5/10/20 Finishing Position”, “Make/Miss the Cut” props etc., golfers must start Round 1 for action.

OLYMPICS

Medal winners will be determined by the official IOC Podium results upon a competition’s completion, and are considered official regardless of subsequent protests, reversals, or overturned decisions.
Events are action regardless of a change in date or location as long as the event is completed prior to the Closing Ceremonies.
Events with a predetermined length of regulation time are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.

OTHER SPORTS

Competitions not referenced above that involve a predetermined regulation time are considered official with 5 minutes remaining in regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on the mobile app.
Competitions not referenced above must be played within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Competitions not referenced above are action regardless of location.
The Circa Sports Iowa mobile app will state the official rules if not covered by any of the preceding House Rules.
Any other sporting event to be offered by Circa Sports Iowa is subject to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission’s approval and the Circa Sports Iowa House Rules will be updated and revised upon approval of such sporting event/other event.

PROPOSITION WAGERING

Proposition bets on collegiate sports events is prohibited and will not be offered by Circa Sports Iowa in accordance the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.

FUTURES

Wagers on teams are action regardless of any name change to the team or relocation of competition venues.
Wagers on teams are action as long as the league’s governing body declares a winner for the respective event, regardless of when that occurs.
If an event has multiple winners or there is a tie for a winning outcome and Circa Sports Iowa has not established a tiebreaker to determine a singular winner, the profit will be divided by the number of winning selections to determine the payout. Reduced decimal odds are necessary for calculation of parlay payouts (see Example below).

Example 1:

$500 wager placed on selection A at +240 to profit $1,200 ($1,700 payout).

Selections A, B, and C are all winning selections, so there exists a three-way tie.

Profit on selection A = $1,200/3 = $400 ($900 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘+’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (|money line|/100)

+240 money line odds convert to 1 + (240/100) = 3.4 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 3.4 – 1 = 2.4

Profit on Selection A = 2.4/3 = 0.8

Reduced decimal odds = 1 + 0.8 = 1.8

Example 2:

$2,000 wager placed on selection X at -450 to profit $444.45 ($2,444.45 payout).

Selections V, W, X, Y, and Z are all winning selections, so there exists a five-way tie.

Profit on Selection X = $444.45/5 = $88.90 ($2,088.90 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘-’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (100/|money line|)

-450 money line odds convert to 1 + (100/450) = 1.2222 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 1.2222 – 1 = 0.2222

The maximum win ratio is 2,000 to 1.
If a parlay leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a parlay involving three or more legs, the parlay is reduced by one leg, with a corresponding true odds payout.
If a parlay leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a parlay involving two legs, the parlay reduces to a straight wager, with a corresponding price.

MOBILE WAGERING

Circa Sports Iowa shall provide each patron, upon reasonable request, with a statement of showing each mobile app deposit, withdrawal, credit, and debit made during the time period reported by the statement. The patron may dispute any transaction to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.
For all wagers, Circa Sports Iowa shall make a voice, print, electronic, or other approved record of the entire transaction and shall not accept any wager if the recording system is inoperable. Circa Sports Iowa’s record of a patron’s confirmation of wagers shall be deemed to be the transaction of record. Such records are made available to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission upon request.
Circa Sports Iowa reserves the right to:
1. 1. Refuse to establish a patron’s Circa Sports Iowa mobile wagering .
  2. Refuse deposits to a patron’s Circa Sports Iowa mobile wagering .
  3. Refuse to accept all or part of any wager.
  4. Declare that wagers will no longer be received.
  5. Suspend or close any wagering at any time pursuant to the Circa Sports Iowa Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service. If a patron’s mobile wagering is closed, Circa Sports Iowa shall immediately return the balance of the patron’s mobile wagering at the time of said action, subject to compliance with the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission’s Rules, Circa Sports Iowa’s House Rules, and federal and state laws, by sending a check to the patron’s address of record or as otherwise provided pursuant to the Circa Sports Iowa Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service.
Except as otherwise expressly provided, Circa Sports Iowa shall keep confidential the following:
1. 1. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any particular patron’s Circa Sports Iowa’s mobile wagering .
  2. The amount of money wagered by a particular patron on any game.
  3. The number and secure personal identification method that identifies the patron.
  4. The identities of particular entries on which a patron is wagering or has wagered.
  5. The name, address, and other information in the possession of Circa Sports Iowa that would identify the patron to anyone other than the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission or Circa Sports Iowa.
Patrons will be able to access information pertaining to any promotions or bonuses available to them by logging into the Circa Sports Iowa Mobile Wagering with their Number and .
Circa Sports Iowa’s sportsbook sports wagering system maintains a list of each person assigned to a mobile app and the date in which the person was added or removed. This sports wagering system does not currently allow for multiple s at this time. Circa Sports Iowa will not allow multiple credentials for the same patron mobile wagering .
Circa Sports Iowa pursuant to its Mobile Application Closure procedures will terminate all s of any sports betting patron that knowingly and intentionally establishes or seeks to establish multiple active s, in contravention of this House Rule, whether directly or by use of another person as a proxy.
Circa Sports Iowa will periodically re- a patron’s identification to make sure it’s valid and unexpired upon reasonable suspicion if Circa Sports Iowa believes that the patron’s identification has been compromised. Circa Sports Iowa will put on file any new identification credentials for a patron whose identification has been compromised.
Any patron with a Circa Sports Iowa mobile wagering will be allowed to withdraw the funds maintained in his or her regardless of whether such is currently open or closed. Circa Sports Iowa reserves the right to decline a patron’s request to withdraw fund only if Circa Sports Iowa believes in good faith that the patron engaged in either fraudulent conduct or other conduct that would put Circa Sports Iowa in violation of the law. If Circa Sports Iowa declines a patron’s withdrawal request Circa Sports Iowa must provide notice to the patron about the declination and the subsequent investigation of the patron’s . Circa Sports Iowa will conduct its investigation in a reasonable and expedient fashion. Circa Sports Iowa will provide the patron additional written notice of the status of the investigation every tenth (10^th) business day starting from the day the original notice was provided to the patron. With respect to a patron withdrawal from the Circa Sports Iowa mobile app, a request for withdrawal will be considered met and honored if it is processed by Circa Sports Iowa notwithstanding a delay by a payment processor, a debit card issuer, or the custodian of a financial .
Circa Sports Iowa will consider a patron’s to be dormant if the patron has not logged into the for at least three (3) years. Circa Sports Iowa will close any such immediately pursuant to our Mobile Application Closure procedures.
Unclaimed funds of patrons that remain in a dormant patron shall be presumed abandoned after three (3) years. Circa Sports Iowa will report and deliver all funds of patrons that are presumed abandoned to the Treasurer of the state of Iowa. At least sixty (60) days prior to reporting any funds of the patron to the Treasurer of the State of Iowa, Circa Sports Iowa will provide notice to the patron’s last known physical or email address that Circa Sports Iowa has on file stating the presumed closure and return of funds if the patron does not to their before the three (3) year period elapses.
Funding of an of the Circa Sports Iowa mobile app may be accomplished through debit card, ACH bank transfer or wire, cash via PayNearMe® or through Sightline Payments which currently offers debit, and ACH.

ILLINOIS HOUSE RULES

Management reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager. Patron must be 21 or older to place a wager with the Sportsbook.
All wagers must be a minimum of $1. US Dollars (USD) is the only currency Circa Sports Illinois accepts for placement of wagers.
Management may change the minimum/maximum wager at any time.
Payoffs are calculated based on the price a ticket was sold at. For example, a wager of $120 on an event with a price of -120 would pay $100. A $100 wager on an event with a price of +150 would pay $150.
Circa Sports Illinois can redeem a winning wager via these forms of payment: cash, check, wire, and ACH withdrawal.
Point spread and total bets default to -110 unless otherwise stated.
Changes in odds or prices will be directly reflected within the betting menu on the mobile application.
Tickets go as written. Any voids or changes will be approved at Management’s discretion. Circa Sports Illinois reserves the right (with approval of the ) to void a given sports event or wager type when a material change in circumstances occurs. Circa Sports Illinois deems a material change in circumstances for a given sports event or wager to be as follows: in the event a situation arises whereby a scheduled contest or event is unable to occur due to fire, flood, storm, earthquake or in the event that any other casualty of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to strikes, labor disputes, war, acts of vandalism, destruction, public disobedience, pandemics, terrorism, or the action of civil or military authorities, shall constitute a material change
All winning tickets are valid for 365 days after the date of the event. Management will retain a record of all relevant results, odds, lines, line changes, and related statistics for a period of 365 days. This will serve as protection for both the patron and Sportsbook in case of obvious human or mechanical error in which Circa Sports Illinois may in its sole discretion, cancel any accepted wager for obvious error or in the case of a change in circumstance that makes grading the wager an impossibility. Obvious error can be defined as a clear mistake in the odds. Such mistakes could include the transposing of two prices on the money line or spread for a favorite and an underdog in a particular game or entering a typo in which Circa Sports Illinois inputs the wrong price from what it was supposed to be, or as a result of some palpable technological or software error. Circa Sports Illinois will report any cancellations of wager(s) to the Illinois Gaming Board via our Daily Exception Report.
Winnings are subject to IRS Reporting and Withholding rules, if applicable. Circa Sports Illinois assumes responsibility for paying the .25% federal tax on all wagers.
All event results will be verified by at least 2 independent sources with one of those being the Don Best Line Service and the other being the Official league website, when applicable.
In the event of a dispute, Circa Sports Illinois management will come to a resolution that is deemed fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied by this resolution, the patron may the Illinois Gaming Board to review the matter.
Illinois Gaming Board has sole jurisdiction over all disputes regarding any and all wagers.
Circa Sports Illinois management reserves the right to add, delete, or change the House Rules and/or payoff odds with the approval of the Illinois Gaming Board.
House Rules only apply to Circa Sports Illinois mobile sports wagering s, and the retail sportsbook, as applicable.
The winner of an event is generally determined on the date of the event’s conclusion, with the cutoff being 3 AM the following day in the time zone where the event took place. After that time, Circa Sports Illinois does not recognize changes to an event’s result, including but not limited to scoring changes, overturned decisions, protests, player and/or team penalties and/or suspensions, etc. For any conflicting and/or ambiguous results, Circa Sports Illinois will recognize the result provided by the respective league’s official governing body (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, UFC, PGA, NCAA, etc.).
Overtime is included in all full game, in-game, and 2^nd half wagers, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
When wagering on the total amount of points scored in a game (except soccer): Full game, second half, and overtime wagers include all overtime periods unless otherwise stipulated in House Rules or the mobile app.
ll event segment wagers, including but not limited to quarters, halves, periods, innings, rounds, sets, games (tennis), etc. must be completed in full, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
For any event that is deemed “NO ACTION”, all wagers will be refunded to the patron and returned to the individual’s balance within the Circa Sports Illinois mobile app.
“Sports wagering” does not include placing a wager on the performance or nonperformance of any individual athlete participating in a single game or match of a collegiate sporting event in which a collegiate team from this state is a participant. As such, Circa Sports Illinois will not offer individual in-game player props like “X Quarterback will run for a Touchdown?”.
Circa Sports Illinois shall cancel any wager made by a prohibited sports betting participant immediately upon becoming aware of such wager(s) and that the patron falls under the “Prohibited Sports Betting Participant” list.
Circa Sports Illinois abides by the Illinois Gaming Board’s Rules and therefore it will not accept any wagers on prohibited events; nor accept wagers by any "Prohibited Sports Betting Participant" (which is defined as coaches, athletic trainers, officials, players, or other individuals who participate in an authorized sporting event that is the subject of sports wagering regulated by the Illinois Gaming Board). Should Circa Sports Illinois learn of any such wager being made by a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant, Circa Sports Illinois will investigate the matter and report such activity to the Illinois Gaming Board, and where appropriate, to the sports governing body.Moreover, any such wager made by a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant will be deemed void and the Illinois Gaming Board will be notified for further instruction as to disposition of funds.
Circa Sports Illinois will enforce the barring of a patron who is a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant immediately upon notice should the patron be added to the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant list after already having a Circa Sports Illinois or if the patron is not detected upon registration as a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant. Circa Sports Illinois will bar such patron by providing the patron notification that contains their prohibited status and results of any investigation conducted by Circa Sports Illinois. Circa Sports Illinois will ensure that immediately upon barring the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant, no new wagers or deposits will be accepted from the patron, until such time as the Prohibited Sports Betting Participant patron is no longer on the prohibited list and the barring has been lifted. Circa Sports Illinois will ensure that a Prohibited Sports Betting Participant patron is not prevented from withdrawing any or all of their balance, and that the reason(s) for barring would not prohibit a Circa Sports Illinois mobile app mobile wagering withdrawal.
If Circa Sports Illinois accepts a bet on an event for which the outcome has already been determined, then Circa Sports Illinois reserves the right to deem that bet void.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 5 innings, or 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading, or the application of a mercy rule where one team has a lead that dictates the teams stop playing after fewer innings than they otherwise would. All wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many innings are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winning team is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Suspended games
1. If a game is completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action and carry over to the completion of the suspended game, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
2. If 5 innings are completed and the game is not completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of which inning it is and how many outs recorded there are when the game is suspended, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Games are action regardless of location.
If a regular season baseball/softball game is postponed all wagers are refunded.
1. If a playoff baseball/softball game is postponed, all wagers are action regardless of the date played and/or completed.
Circa Sports Illinois offers “Listed Pitcher” functionality. Patrons may choose to list one or both pitchers for a full game money line or first 5 innings money line, unless otherwise indicated with “Any Pitcher” for a given team or a “No Listed Pitchers” stipulation. The alternative to “Listed Pitcher” for a given team is referred to as “Action.” If a patron lists a pitcher, it means that the specified player must throw the first pitch of the game for the associated team, for money line wagers to have action. At any point in time before a game starts, Circa Sports Illinois will have an option available for which specific pitcher can be listed for either team. If either of these starting pitcher options change, all prior wagers on the total, alternate totals, team totals, run line, and alternate run lines will be refunded. Prior wagers on the money line that are “Action” where the starting pitcher option has changed will receive an adjusted price set by Circa Sports Illinois based on the actual starting pitchers for the game, in a manner reflective of win probabilities and deemed fair to all patrons with impacted wagers.
The first 5 innings are considered official for wagering purposes after the completion of 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading.
For player specific props on individual games, batters must be in the starting lineup and receive at least one plate appearance, and starting pitchers must throw at least one pitch, for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

SOCCER

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 90 minutes plus any additional stoppage time, regardless of length, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Extra time and penalty kick shootouts are included in “Team to Advance” and “Team to Win the Final” wagering options, but are not included in the settlement of final score, second half, associated derivatives, player props, etc., unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

FIGHTS

Fights must take place within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Fights are action regardless of a change in location, title status, scheduled number of rounds, or weight class.
If a fight is declared “No Contest” all wagers will be refunded.
If the scheduled number of rounds for a fight gets reduced such that it becomes impossible for the fight to go over the total rounds completed number, all prior wagers on total rounds completed and fighter to win in a specific round will be refunded.

TENNIS

Matches are considered official for wagering purposes after 1 set is completed and a winner is declared, regardless of either player’s advantage in sets and/or games won. All wagering options that encom a full match, including but not limited to money line, total games played, games won spread, sets won spread, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many sets are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winner is declared, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
For player specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Finalist” etc., players must start Round 1 for action.

AUTO RACING

Competitions are considered official when the respective sanctioning body declares a winner, regardless of the number of laps completed or time elapsed, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Competitions must take place within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Wagers on drivers, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Qualifying Session Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. have action as long as the drivers start the competition, regardless of the car they are driving or the team they are driving for, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
NASCAR wagering options, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. are subject to and impacted by the official post-race inspection. If a driver is disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, that driver will be considered to have finished last in the field, regardless of the number of laps completed by any of the other drivers. If multiple drivers are disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, their relative finishing positions will be maintained at the back of the field.

GOLF

Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
If a tournament is reduced to less than the scheduled number of holes, all wagers placed after the last shot of the last completed day of play will be void.
Matchups are action once all specified golfers have teed off for the tournament or individual round.
The winner of a matchup is the golfer that completes the most holes. If the number of completed holes are equal, the winner of a matchup is the golfer with the lowest score.
Individual round matchups are for 18 holes only and do not include playoff holes, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
For Top 5/10/20, etc. finishing position props, in the case of a tie, “Yes” will be considered the winner. For example, if 5 golfers tie for the 8^th best score in a tournament, all 5 golfers will be considered to have finished in the Top 10.
For golfer specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Matchups”, “Top 5/10/20 Finishing Position”, “Make/Miss the Cut” props etc., golfers must start Round 1 for action.

OLYMPICS

Medal winners will be determined by the official IOC Podium results upon a competition’s completion, and are considered official regardless of subsequent protests, reversals, or overturned decisions.
Events are action regardless of a change in date or location as long as the event is completed prior to the Closing Ceremonies.
Events with a predetermined length of regulation time are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.

OTHER SPORTS

Competitions not referenced above that involve a predetermined regulation time are considered official with 5 minutes remaining in regulation time, unless otherwise stipulated on display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app.
Competitions not referenced above must be played within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Competitions not referenced above are action regardless of location.
Display boards, printed sheets, or the mobile app will state the official rules if not covered by any of the preceding House Rules.
Any other sporting event to be offered by Circa Sports Illinois is subject to the Illinois Gaming Board’s approval and the Circa Sports Illinois House Rules will be updated and revised upon approval of such sporting event/other event.

PROPOSITION WAGERING

Proposition bets on collegiate sports events is prohibited and will not be offered by Circa Sports Illinois in accordance with the Illinois Gaming Board.

FUTURES

Wagers on teams are action regardless of any name change to the team or relocation of competition venues.
Wagers on teams are action as long as the league’s governing body declares a winner for the respective event, regardless of when that occurs.
If an event has multiple winners or there is a tie for a winning outcome and Circa Sports Illinois has not established a tiebreaker to determine a singular winner, the profit will be divided by the number of winning selections to determine the payout. Reduced decimal odds are necessary for calculation of parlay payouts (see Example below).

Example 1:

$500 wager placed on selection A at +240 to profit $1,200 ($1,700 payout).

Selections A, B, and C are all winning selections, so there exists a three-way tie.

Profit on selection A = $1,200/3 = $400 ($900 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘+’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (|money line|/100)

+240 money line odds convert to 1 + (240/100) = 3.4 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 3.4 – 1 = 2.4

Profit on Selection A = 2.4/3 = 0.8

Reduced decimal odds = 1 + 0.8 = 1.8

Example 2:

$2,000 wager placed on selection X at -450 to profit $444.45 ($2,444.45 payout).

Selections V, W, X, Y, and Z are all winning selections, so there exists a five-way tie.

Profit on Selection X = $444.45/5 = $88.90 ($2,088.90 payout)

MOBILE WAGERING

Circa Sports Illinois shall provide each patron, upon reasonable request, with a statement of showing each mobile app deposit, withdrawal, credit, and debit made during the time period reported by the statement. The patron may dispute any transaction to the Illinois Gaming Board.
For all wagers, Circa Sports Illinois shall make a voice, print, electronic, or other approved record of the entire transaction and shall not accept any wager if the recording system is inoperable. Circa Sports Illinois’s record of a patron’s confirmation of wagers shall be deemed to be the transaction of record. Such records are made available to the Illinois Gaming Board upon request.
Circa Sports Illinois reserves the right to:
1. 1. Refuse to establish a patron’s Circa Sports Illinois Mobile wagering .
  2. Refuse deposits to a patron’s Circa Sports Illinois mobile wagering .
  3. Refuse to accept all or part of any wager.
  4. Declare that wagers will no longer be received.
  5. Suspend or close any wagering at any time pursuant to the Circa Sports Illinois Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service. If a patron’s mobile wagering is closed, Circa Sports Illinois shall immediately return the balance of the patron’s mobile wagering at the time of said action, subject to compliance with the Illinois Gaming Board’s Rules, Circa Sports Illinois’ House Rules, and federal and state laws, by sending a check to the patron’s address of record or as otherwise provided pursuant to the Circa Sports Illinois Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service.
Except as otherwise expressly provided, Circa Sports Illinois shall keep confidential the following:
1. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any particular patron’s Circa Sports Illinois’ mobile wagering .
2. The amount of money wagered by a particular patron on any game.
3. The number and secure personal identification method that identifies the patron.
4. The identities of particular entries on which a patron is wagering or has wagered.
5. The name, address, and other information in the possession of Circa Sports Illinois that would identify the patron to anyone other than the Illinois Gaming Board or Circa Sports Illinois.
Patrons will be able to access information pertaining to any promotions or bonuses available to them by logging into the Circa Sports Illinois mobile app with their number and .
Circa Sports Illinois’s sportsbook sports wagering system maintains a list of each person assigned to a mobile app and the date in which the person was added or removed. This sports wagering system does not currently allow for multiple s at this time. Circa Sports Illinois will not allow multiple credentials for the same mobile app.
Circa Sports Illinois pursuant to its Mobile Application Closure procedures will terminate all s of any sports betting patron that knowingly and intentionally establishes or seeks to establish multiple active s, in contravention of this House Rule, whether directly or by use of another person as a proxy.
Circa Sports Illinois will periodically re- a patron’s identification to make sure it’s valid and unexpired upon reasonable suspicion if Circa Sports Illinois believes that the patron’s identification has been compromised. Circa Sports Illinois will put on file any new identification credentials for a patron whose identification has been compromised.
Any patron with a Circa Sports Illinois mobile wagering will be allowed to withdraw the funds maintained in his or her regardless of whether such is currently open or closed. Circa Sports Illinois reserves the right to decline a patron’s request to withdraw fund only if Circa Sports Illinois believes in good faith that the patron engaged in either fraudulent conduct or other conduct that would put Circa Sports Illinois in violation of the law. If Circa Sports Illinois declines a patron’s withdrawal request Circa Sports Illinois must provide notice to the patron about the declination and the subsequent investigation of the patron’s . Circa Sports Illinois will conduct its investigation in a reasonable and expedient fashion. Circa Sports Illinois will provide the patron additional written notice of the status of the investigation every tenth (10^th) business day starting from the day the original notice was provided to the patron. With respect to a patron withdrawal from the Circa Sports Illinois mobile app, a request for withdrawal will be considered met and honored if it is processed by Circa Sports Illinois notwithstanding a delay by a payment processor, a debit card issuer, or the custodian of a financial .
Circa Sports Illinois will consider a patron’s to be dormant if the patron has not logged into the for at least three (3) years. Circa Sports Illinois will close any such immediately pursuant to its Mobile Application Closure procedures.
Unclaimed funds of patrons that remain in a dormant patron shall be presumed abandoned after three (3) years. Circa Sports Illinois will report and deliver all funds of patrons that are presumed abandoned to the Treasurer of the state of Illinois. At least sixty (60) days prior to reporting any funds of the patron to the Treasurer of the State of Illinois, Circa Sports Illinois will provide notice to the patron’s last known physical or email address that Circa Sports Illinois has on file stating the presumed closure and return of funds if the patron does not to their before the three (3) year period elapses.
Funding of an of the Circa Sports Illinois mobile app may be accomplished through credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer or wire, cash via PayNearMe® or through Sightline Payments which currently offers debit/credit card, ACH and PayPal®.

Kentucky

Kentucky House Rules

A patron must be at least 18 years old to place a wager.
The minimum wager amount is $1. The maximum wager amount is subject to management discretion, including refusal to accept a wager for any amount.
Winning tickets are subject to IRS Reporting and Withholding rules. Circa Sports Kentucky assumes responsibility for paying any federal tax requirements on all wagers.
Wagers placed on an event after the event’s outcome is known will be voided, in accordance with Kentucky Horse Racing Commission approval.
Circa Sports Kentucky makes every effort to avoid egregious mistakes in opening and updating all wagering options available to the public but cannot guarantee that mistakes will never occur. Circa Sports Kentucky will seek Kentucky Horse Racing Commission approval to void any wagers placed where the odds are flagrantly illogical, backwards, and/or monstrously out of line with the prevailing marketplace (of which would be deemed obvious error).
Circa Sports Kentucky will retain a record of all relevant odds, results, and related statistics for a period of 365 days from the date of an event. This will serve as protection for both the patron and Circa Sports Kentucky in case of obvious human or mechanical error in placing or accepting a wager.
Regarding wagering disputes, Circa Sports Kentucky will come to a resolution that is deemed fair to all parties. If a patron is not satisfied by this resolution, the patron may the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission to review the matter. The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has sole jurisdiction over all wagering disputes.
Circa Sports Kentucky may change the House Rules in the future with the approval of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission
House Rules apply to Circa Sports Kentucky mobile sports wagering s, unless otherwise indicated.
The winner of an event is generally determined on the date of the event’s conclusion, with the cutoff being 3 AM the following day in the time zone where the event took place. After that time, Circa Sports Kentucky does not recognize changes to an event’s result, including but not limited to scoring changes, overturned decisions, protests, player and/or team penalties and/or suspensions, etc. For any conflicting and/or ambiguous results, Circa Sports Kentucky will recognize the result provided by the respective league’s official governing body (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, UFC, PGA, NCAA, etc.).
Overtime is included in all full game, in-game, and 2^nd half wagers.
All event segment wagers, including but not limited to quarters, halves, periods, innings, rounds, sets, games (tennis), etc. must be completed in full.

FOOTBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time,.
Games must be played within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must be “Active” for action.

BASKETBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action.

HOCKEY

Games are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
If a game goes to a shootout to decide a winner, one goal will be added to the winning team’s total from regulation, and thus determine the final score of the game.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 5 innings, or 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading, or the application of a mercy rule where one team has a lead that dictates the teams stop playing after fewer innings than they otherwise would. All wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many innings are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winning team is declared.
Suspended games
1. If a game is completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action and carry over to the completion of the suspended game.
2. If 5 innings are completed and the game is not completed within 5 days of its start, all wagering options that encom a full game, including but not limited to money line, total, run line, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of which inning it is and how many outs recorded there are when the game is suspended.
Games are action regardless of location.
For regular season games that get postponed, all wagers are refunded, except for any completed game segment markets.
1. 1. For playoff games that get postponed, all wagers are action and carry over to the date of completion of the game.
Circa Sports Kentucky offers “Listed Pitcher” functionality. Patrons may choose to list one or both pitchers for a full game money line or first 5 innings money line, unless otherwise indicated with “Any Pitcher” for a given team or a “No Listed Pitchers” stipulation. The alternative to “Listed Pitcher” for a given team is referred to as “Action.” If a patron lists a pitcher, it means that the specified player must throw the first pitch of the game for the associated team, for money line wagers to have action. At any point in time before a game starts, Circa Sports Kentucky will have an option available for which specific pitcher can be listed for either team. If either of these starting pitcher options change, all prior wagers on the total, alternate totals, team totals, run line, and alternate run lines will be refunded. Prior wagers on the money line that are “Action” where the starting pitcher option has changed will receive an adjusted price set by Circa Sports Kentucky based on the actual starting pitchers for the game, in a manner reflective of win probabilities and deemed fair to all patrons with impacted wagers.
The first 5 innings are considered official for wagering purposes after the completion of 4.5 innings if the team that batted second is leading.
For player specific props on individual games, batters must be in the starting lineup and receive at least one plate appearance, and starting pitchers must throw at least one pitch, for action.

SOCCER

Games are considered official for wagering purposes after 90 minutes plus any additional stoppage time, regardless of length.
Extra time and penalty kick shootouts are included in “Team to Advance” and “Team to Win the Final” wagering options, but are not included in the settlement of final score, second half, associated derivatives, player props, etc.
Games must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Games are action regardless of location.
For player specific props on individual games, players must play for action.

FIGHTS

Fights must take place within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Fights are action regardless of a change in location, title status, scheduled number of rounds, or weight class.
If a fight is declared “No Contest” all wagers will be refunded.
If the scheduled number of rounds for a fight gets reduced such that it becomes impossible for the fight to go over the total rounds completed number, all prior wagers on total rounds completed and fighter to win in a specific round will be refunded.

TENNIS

Matches are considered official for wagering purposes after 1 set is completed and a winner is declared, regardless of either player’s advantage in sets and/or games won. All wagering options that encom a full match, including but not limited to money line, total games played, games won spread, sets won spread, associated derivatives, player props etc. will have action regardless of how many sets are completed beyond the aforementioned qualifier as long as a winner is declared.
Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
For player specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Finalist” etc., players must start Round 1 for action.

AUTO RACING

Competitions are considered official when the respective sanctioning body declares a winner, regardless of the number of laps completed or time elapsed.
Competitions must take place within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Wagers on drivers, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Qualifying Session Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. have action as long as the drivers start the competition, regardless of the car they are driving or the team they are driving for.
NASCAR wagering options, including but not limited to “Race Winner”, “Race Matchups”, “Race Finishing Position”, etc. are subject to and impacted by the official post-race inspection. If a driver is disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, that driver will be considered to have finished last in the field, regardless of the number of laps completed by any of the other drivers. If multiple drivers are disqualified due to the findings in the post-race inspection, their relative finishing positions will be maintained at the back of the field.

GOLF

Tournaments must be completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled date of completion for action on “Tournament Winner” wagering options.
If a tournament is reduced to less than the scheduled number of holes, all wagers placed after the last shot of the last completed day of play will be void.
Matchups are action once all specified golfers have teed off for the tournament or individual round.
The winner of a matchup is the golfer that completes the most holes. If the number of completed holes are equal, the winner of a matchup is the golfer with the lowest score.
Individual round matchups are for 18 holes only and do not include playoff holes.
For Top 5/10/20, etc. finishing position props, in the case of a tie, “Yes” will be considered the winner. For example, if 5 golfers tie for the 8^th best score in a tournament, all 5 golfers will be considered to have finished in the Top 10.
For golfer specific wagering options that involve multiple rounds of an event, including but not limited to “Tournament Winner”, “Tournament Matchups”, “Top 5/10/20 Finishing Position”, “Make/Miss the Cut” props etc., golfers must start Round 1 for action.

OLYMPICS

Medal winners will be determined by the official IOC Podium results upon a competition’s completion, and are considered official regardless of subsequent protests, reversals, or overturned decisions.
Events are action regardless of a change in date or location as long as the event is completed prior to the Closing Ceremonies.
Events with a predetermined length of regulation time are considered official for wagering purposes with 5 minutes remaining in the originally scheduled regulation time.

E-SPORTS

Matches must be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Matches are action regardless of location of the participants.
Matches are action regardless of any technical malfunctions so long as a winner is declared by the associated governing body. If a technical malfunction results in no winner being declared, all wagers will be refunded.

OTHER SPORTS

Competitions not referenced above that involve a predetermined regulation time are considered official with 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Competitions not referenced above must be played within 8 days of the originally scheduled date for action.
Competitions not referenced above are action regardless of location.
The mobile app will state the official rules if not covered by any of the preceding House Rules.

FUTURES

Wagers on teams are action regardless of any name change to the team or relocation of competition venues.
Wagers on teams are action as long as the league’s governing body declares a winner for the respective event, regardless of when that occurs.
If an event has multiple winners or there is a tie for a winning outcome and Circa Sports Kentucky has not established a tiebreaker to determine a singular winner, the profit will be divided by the number of winning selections to determine the payout. Reduced decimal odds are necessary for calculation of parlay payouts (see Example below).

Example 1:

$500 wager placed on selection A at +240 to profit $1,200 ($1,700 payout).

Selections A, B, and C are all winning selections, so there exists a three-way tie.

Profit on selection A = $1,200/3 = $400 ($900 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘+’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (|money line|/100)

+240 money line odds convert to 1 + (240/100) = 3.4 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 3.4 – 1 = 2.4

Profit on Selection A = 2.4/3 = 0.8

Reduced decimal odds = 1 + 0.8 = 1.8

Example 2:

$2,000 wager placed on selection X at -450 to profit $444.45 ($2,444.45 payout).

Selections V, W, X, Y, and Z are all winning selections, so there exists a five-way tie.

Profit on Selection X = $444.45/5 = $88.90 ($2,088.90 payout)

If part of a parlay, calculate reduced decimal odds:

For a ‘-’ money line, decimal odds = 1 + (100/|money line|)

-450 money line odds convert to 1 + (100/450) = 1.2222 decimal odds

Profit = decimal odds – 1 = 1.2222 – 1 = 0.2222

Profit on Selection X = 0.2222/5 = 0.04444

Reduced decimal odds = 1 + 0.04444 = 1.04444

c. Subtract 1 to get profit per unit wagered

Example: $200 four leg parlay with odds of -350, -110, +120, +245

a. 1 + (100/350) = 1.2857

1 + (100/110) = 1.90909

1+ (120/100) = 2.2

1 + (245/100) = 3.45

b. 1.2857*1.90909*2.2*3.45 = 18.63

c. 18.63 – 1 = 17.63 = profit per unit wagered

Thus, a $200 wager would profit $3,526 ($3,726 payout)

The maximum win ratio is 2,000 to 1.
If a parlay leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a parlay involving three or more legs, the parlay is reduced by one leg, with a corresponding true odds payout.
If a parlay leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a parlay involving two legs, the parlay reduces to a straight wager, with a corresponding price.
If a teaser leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a teaser involving three or more legs, the teaser is reduced by one leg, with a corresponding teaser table payout.
If a teaser leg results in a “Tie”, “Push” or “No Action” on a teaser involving two legs, the teaser is refunded.
Parlay cards and teaser cards have unique rules that are printed on each card, independent of the House Rules.
Cross-sport teaser odds will revert to the lowest odds of the involved individual sport tables.

MOBILE WAGERING

Circa Sports Kentucky shall provide each patron, upon reasonable request, with a statement of showing each mobile wagering deposit, withdrawal, credit, and debit made during the time period reported by the statement. The patron may dispute any transaction.
Circa Sports Kentucky reserves the right to:
1. Refuse to establish a Mobile Wagering .
2. Refuse deposits to Mobile Wagering s.
3. Refuse to accept all or part of any wager.
4. Declare that wagers will no longer be received.
5. Suspend or close any wagering at any time pursuant to the Circa Sports Kentucky Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service. If a mobile wagering is closed, Circa Sports Kentucky shall immediately return the balance of the wagering at the time of said action, subject to compliance with regulations, Circa Sports Kentucky House Rules, and federal and state laws, by sending a check to the patron’s address of record or as otherwise provided pursuant to the Circa Sports Kentucky Mobile Wagering and Mobile Application of Service.
Except as otherwise expressly provided, Circa Sports Kentucky shall keep confidential the following:
1. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in a patron’s mobile wagering .
2. The amount of money wagered by a patron on any game or gaming device.
3. The number and secure personal identification method that identifies the patron.
4. The name, address, and other information in the possession of Circa Sports Kentucky that would identify the patron to anyone other than the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission or Circa Sports Kentucky.
Circa Sports Kentucky, with regards to the information identified in House Rule #81,

Shall share the information with:

a. Kentucky Horse Racing Commission.
b. Financial institutions participating in a program established in accordance with Section 314(b) of the USA Patriot Act.
c. As required by state or federal law.

May share the information with:

a. Any licensed .
b. As authorized by the patron.
