Circa Sports Iowa LLC dba Circa Sports Iowa is licensed by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission as an Advanced Deposit Sports Wagering Operator. We offer sports wagering on our mobile app under an agreement with Wild Rose Casino & Hotel — Jefferson, an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Operator license holder. Only customers present in the State of Iowa and aged 21 and over are permitted to wager on our mobile app.

Circa Sports Illinois LLC dba Circa Sports Illinois is licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board as a Master Service Provider.  We offer sports wagering, both retail and via our mobile app, under an agreement with FHR-Illinois LLC, an Illinois Gaming Board Owner and Master Sports Wagering license holder.  Only customers present in the State of Illinois and aged 21 and over are permitted to wager at our retail sportsbook location at American Place casino or on our mobile app.

Circa Sports Kentucky LLC dba Circa Sports Kentucky is licensed by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission as a Service Provider.  We offer sports wagering via our mobile app, under an agreement with ECL Corbin, LLC, a Kentucky Horse Racing Commission Live Horse Race, Simulator and Pari-Mutuel licensee as well as an Operator approved for sports wagering.  Only customers present in the State of Kentucky and aged 18 and over are permitted to wager on our mobile app.
